Re: Improving WiFi Coverage

I've actually just had someone on the phone who was complaining that his
pi=
ece of our kit was faulty - it wouldn't even get to internet radio when it
=
was hard wired to his router...

After repeatedly asking him the same questions it turned out that his
defin=
ition of 'hard wired' was via an Ethernet Over Mains adapter (even though
I=
'd asked him whether he was using them before and he'd said no)...

I asked him to - as a test - actually plug his product directly into his
ro=
uter and - surprise surprise - it worked perfectly.

So, what do you think his reply to that was?

"Yes, I know it works like that ... It just doesn't work when I use
these .=
.. I want you to fix it - if not I want a refund as it's faulty..."

Erm...

Phil

Sent from another bloody fruit-based portable device...
