Re: Recommendations on a strong wifi ADSL router

Noel,

I bought a NETGEAR D7000-100UKS Nighthawk AC1900 last year as a replacement
for a talktalk fibre router, and the range is excellent. We have quite a
large house with lots of concrete everywhere, and it reaches almost
everywhere.

I had previously tried a TP link TD-W9980 N600 as it was cheaper, but the
range was awful, so I returned it.

Coincidently, the range of the original talktalk fibre router was the best
range I've ever seen, no black spots in our house at all, unfortunately
after hours on the phone to talktalk and numerous diagnosis attempts they
were unable to make it connect to the fibre connection in a stable way,
hence I bought the Netgear.

I'm very happy with the netgear.

Regards

Simon
