Well just convinced someone on FB today to buy a Philips Hue 3xbulb
starter set and the Smartthings starter set - that'll get you going. If you
want the extra Siri control, get a RasPi to run Homebridge on (unless you
already have a Linux device you can install it on).

You might also want a 16ft Christmas tree with 5000 led's to control - just
for that wow factor ;)
