RE: Megaman LED 7w GU10 Warm White

Are these the ones? =A3130 for 10,
http://www.amazon.co.uk/DIMMABLE-ENERGY-SAVING-BRANDED-PROMOTION/dp/B00BIN2=
S44

If they work with CBUS dimmer does that mean they should also work with
X10=
LD11 dimmers (subject to minimum load) ?

Googling Z-Wave dimmers the other day I saw that they appear have a little
=
"load" dongle that can be wired in parallel to the light, can
anything like=
this be done for X10. What I mean is can I add a dummy load to the circuit=
to bring it up to the minimum load when using low wattage (LED) lights ?

=A0=20
We have found the best by far for colour and dimming ability is the BELL 7W
GU10 part number 05177

Full range dimming on CBus, spot on colour rendering and beam angle.

We were using mainly Aurora 7w and 9w lamps but are moving everything that
has to be dimmed over to Bell.

Not sure retail pricing on them, but trade is sub =A311

Dean.

Hey Mark,

Are you set on these - to match existing lamps maybe?

Only reason I mention is that I tried those and found them to have a
definite greenish cast and they weren't very good on CBus dimmers - can't
remember if you have CBus?

I bought some 9W (IIRC) from an Australian supplier and the colour
renditio=
n
is excellent - perfect colour balance. They work well on CBus dimmers too -
still a slight jump at lower levels when fading up/down but much better
tha=
n
the Megaman I tried (some of which wouldn't turn off fully and jumped all
over the place).

If you're interested will send details?

Cheers,

Paul
