Wotchamates,

I'm planning a bathroom refurb as SWMBO is no longer satisfied with our
existing monument to the 70s. Naturally this has entailed a great deal of
dicking about in SketchUp, and I'm just getting round to the thorny issue
of lighting, and the realisation that I should probably have paid more
attention to all those LED lighting threads that have whizzed by.

So, assuming I'm a 100W-incandescent-everywhere kind of guy, what's good
for LED lights in bathrooms? Mains? Low voltage? How far apart do I put
'em? Can I dim 'em with me Z-Wave mixup? Is it common to have separate
circuits with different beam widths for task specific lighting?

The room in question is about 2.3m square with a chunk nibbled out of the
corner, like this:

This is the tentative layout:

We've specced a mirror for over the sink that has its own lighting, so
that's covered.

Recommendations so far are 6 Aurora M10 Sola downlighters, which seems like
a fine plan to me. Anyone care to weigh in?

cheers

ant
