False chimney for TV/AV equipment.

Many many years ago, somewhere on one of the ukha properties (might have
been a blog post, list email or even an early forum post) I saw someone had
built out a fake chimney breast to house their TV & AV equipment while
redecorating their lounge.
It was made using stud work & plasterboard and all the AV equipment was
contained inside it.
Was that your lounge? I'm after doing something similar and would like to
see how it was done, was there anything different about the stud work that
just a normal stud wall.
Has anyone seen anything similar elsewhere? All the examples I see nowadays
are for floating walls, which look nice but they're not what I want.
