Z-Wave Screw in modules??

Has anyone seen any screw in modules to suit the UK Z-Wave frequencies?

I am looking for switch type, not dimmer as all my lighting is LED.

I live in Indonesia and all the light fittings are ES type. So far, all I
can find are US frequency devices. My existing Z-Wave is all brought over
from the UK years ago and I would like to stay with it.

I want to automate all the lighting in the apartment without replacing the
wall switches. The type of fitting used here are low quality and there is
very little room inside the wall switch to fit something like a Fibaro
module.

Regards

Dave.
