But winter tyres are not just for snow. Cold wet weather is also when they

make a huge difference. Even though I live in southern Sweden,we don't
have=
snow all of the time. Put them on this time of the year - swap them for re=
gular tyres in march. The cost evens out.=20
I wouldn't dream of not having them now.

The problem with the UK is that Snow is never a certainty. Even in<br
