Re: Is it cheaper to leave your heating on?
I have absolutely no financial proof of this yet, as my winter bill
hasn't
been calculated yet, but we left our heating on mostly 24/7 over winter
this year.
Suffice to say, the house was like a greenhouse most of the time, and we'd
adjusted our radiators to the lowest possible setting, and also put the gas
boiler in the loft at the lowest possible 'summer only' setting.
So, it certainly works at keeping your house warm, but cost savings may
best be answered once the bill comes out :-)
