Re: Lovefilm or Netflix

I have tried them both recently. I don't have anything to add in terms
of the service or content but should you come to cancel them (which I
have now done for both) the differences are manifest. Netflix lets you
cancel simply with one-click, Lovefilm requires to hunt down a phone
number, physically call their overseas call centre, be subjected to a
lengthy hard sell where they try and persuade you to do anything but
cancel, including options that sound like cancelling but aren't. All in
all it's a pretty lengthy and traumatic process and I'm not going
anywhere near them again until someone tells me that side of things has
changed.
