I had a bad experience with cheap cable a couple of years ago, turned
out
not to be copper (think it was steel or some alloy), plus the twist on a
couple of the pairs was well under specification (the longest twist in the
spec is 1.53 turns/cm, one pair was about 0.5/cm).

We tried some on an 80m run and the error retry was so bad it was unusable.
Even on short lengths (5m) it was exhibiting errors.

My advice is AVOID and spend the extra money on known good copper stuff.
Your sanity will be the winner when diagnosing problems!
