we've done it, a few times, with complete success, using these clip-on ones
:

and these insert-in-a-pocket ones :

both wired straight into a QAI, with a balancing 10k resistor for each, as
per the circuit diagram at the ned of the datasheet :

Cortex includes NTC calibration - just fill-in specific sensor values in
the Behaviour sub-menu, & all is taken care-of ...
