Andy,

The first bit's easy. Whereas I route calls with no caller ID to
voicemail, it's equally easy to route to an interactive menu, instead.

The second bit is beyond my preferred level of commitment, however.

For reference, total cost is about the same as Truecall.

If you feel like giving it a go, give me a shout. I can give you my
configuration settings for Asterisk and the SPA3102 with a bit of extra
advice thrown in for good measure.
