IR receivers / housings

Hi all,

Just wondering if anyone had any advice about pretty looking IR
receivers for use in custom projects?

I quite like the look of the one that comes with the vision magic eye:

It's small and lightweight, with a nice thin/flexible cable. Basically
nothing more than 2 pieces of moulded plastic with an IR receiver in the
middle!

However I can't find anything like this at any kind of sensible/similar
price (the vision eye is about £7 retail including delivery). Perhaps
this closest I've found is this:

Any one come across anything else?
