Not easily. You'd be better off looking out for someone offering an
uncapped
service - just because there's no LLU doesn't mean you're limited to just
BT.
(Although, that said, BT might be your best option for an
"uncapped" service)

Make it a term of the rental agreement that the booker takes full
responsibility
for anything done on the Internet during their booking and that you'll pass
on
the details of the booker to law enforcement agencies if requested. If

came after you for illegal activities via the internet connection, just
respond
that you were not the user of the Internet at that time, and here's the
details
of the booker. I'm not a lawyer, but that seems like the sensible route.

If you went doesn the BT Openzone route, I'd probably not bother using it -

can use my 3G dongle for cheaper :)
