Streaming audio

Hi all,

I am looking for a system to install in a local sports bar that will allow
us to broadcast the audio for different screens to either mobile phones
that
the person visiting the car will have or to a set of speakers (Roku Radio
etc) that the bar will provide at the table.

The idea is that we can let people who want to listen to what's playing,
select the audio and listen to it.

For obvious reasons, this has to be as close to delay free as possible.
With
it being sports and no need for lip sync, the delay could be tolerated if
very small.

We are looking at Shoutcast and also using FM radio as a couple of the
options. FM radio has the least delay and I am trying to find out what
Shoutcast has.

We need to support a maximum of 5 input streams. Max users per stream is
likely to be no more than 20 at the most when really busy.

Any ideas?

Cheers

Dave.
