Hi Marc,

Can you get to the SNR stats on the routers / modems at all ?

A couple of suggestions leap to mind

1 - Try ensuring that the ring wire is disconnected on the extension / cat5

2 - Use filtered faceplates, I've used the following with good results

You can then use the un-filtered IDC connections (A&B) on the rear to
ensure a good connection, and feed the remote location for the router /
modem.
