RE: Re: Powerline Ethernet

Thanks Tim,

I am out in Jakarta, Indonesia so probably too far to send them. :o)

I can get a pair for $57 so not so expensive to try them out. 200Mbps
should be more than enough for what I want to do with them and I can send
them back if they don't work. I have a good relationship with this
supplier.

Thanks to the rest of you for all the other ideas and to Phil of the heads
up on problems. I have no need for any throughput on these. Just need a way
to get a data connection to a touch screen for remote homeseer control.

Cheers all,

Dave.

Hi Dave,
I have got some 200 Mbit Solwise theernet units - I only use them now and
then - if you like I could send you a pair and you could try them - TBH
they
either "just work" or not.

Let me know if you want them.

Cheers

Tim.
