Hi Robin,

I feel your pain. I work from home most of the time and have been getting
up to half a dozen such calls a day; usually when I'm on the phone to
someone else.

I almost bought a Truecall box, but it doesn't handle the calls as
transparently as I wanted.

So I'm using Incredible PBX (http://nerdvittles.com/?p=3D3026),
which is a
UI on top of Asterisk for the IPPBX.

To link it to my analogue service, I used a Cisco SPA3102 (=A350 from
Amazon) which is a VOIP gateway. If provides FXO support for the incoming
phone line and FXS
support for any existing analogue phones. Took a little while to
configure, but it's all configuration, no coding!

And the big plus for us UKHA'ers is that you can do tons of stuff with it.
There's an article on Nerdvittles on using Bluetooth to detect when you'd
at home, automatically routing calls to your mobile if you're out, for
example :-)

Give me a shout if I can help.

Cheers,
Steve
