I think I had this happen - I think it's a battery-too low condition,
basic=
ally the circuits think the battery is dead.

If you take the batts out and charge them elsewhere, or add a full battery

in parallel, you can probably get the charging circuit to kick in and take

over again.  The batts are probably fine, but this kind of deep cycle
isn't=
healthy.
