LD11 & Switches

  • Subject: LD11 & Switches

I'm going to be getting ~ 15 LD11's.

A 10 pack for =A3240 plus a 5 pack for =A3123.60 makes =A3363.60
http://www.letsautomate.com/10002.cfm?

Or the Marmitek ones, 15 at =A326.65 makes =A3399.75
http://www.uk-automation.co.uk/products/Marmitek-X10-DIN-Rail-Dimmer.html

QUESTIONS:
Are the Marmitek ones that superior?
Are the Marmitek ones available in similar discounted packs?

So... I need some momentary switches to run my LD11's. I intend to
disconnect these from the LD11's once I've got some programming logic to
accept them as inputs and drive the LD11's programmatically. Hence the sway
towards 2 way reatractive switches - twice the number of inputs!

My options:

Plain 2 gang momentary switches for =A310.32
http://www.letsautomate.com/12682.cfm

A Varilight 2 gang faceplate and frame for =A35.99 plus two 2 way
retractiv=
e
switches at =A34.39 each which makes =A314.77
https://www.1stopelectrics.com/product/xdqpg2+/

I'm going to need 7 of these so that's =A372.24 versus =A3103.39 for twice
=
the
potential inputs.

Thoughts? Alternatives?

I like simple wall switches (not the fat type) and want to leave them in
simply for ease and standardisation.

Thank you for your time and opinions!
