Probably stating the obvious....

The URL specified returns a 404 - it doesn't exist - perhaps a simple
re-install of latest software will fix it?

If not, will drunkenly offer you a couple of quid for your broken box ;-)

Perhaps more helpfully, check for white-space / hidden characters that
could be throwing the line number out.......insert some debug lines in the
php file to determine where you are when the error occurs (remember include
files too!)
