I am another who tried Plex but gave up because I thought it was a tad
confusing (I'm not sure why now looking back). I recently tried it again
and must say I love it, once the media server and your files are set up,
the rest is very good. I have a 2.5 year old who has mastered the
navigation, so she can put on episodes of Mickey Mouse (navigating by
episode picture art) using the apple remote. We also use the ipad
client that works well and the android client that is a tad flakier. We
also have a popcorn hour, and out of the 2, I prefer the Plex UI and the
C-200 versatility (I've only used the OOB UI though, not YAMJ).

PVR functionality would be the killer addition, integration with EyeTV for
instance. In general, I am very happy with the Plex experience although I
can't say I would buy a mac purely for this functionality.

Rob
