Does anyone know if the Google Powermeter application is likely to
still
work on the PC without its online "master"?



I use their app to grab the data from my Envi, but don't really use the
online content (as I've found it means I leave the computer on more to keep
the data complete).  What I do do is use a home brew VBA app to pull data
out of the local Powermeter database using SQLite, combine it with 1-wire
temperature data and use it to send me a daily reports of my heating usage.

Google Wave has gone too?! I actually thought it looked quite good when I
saw it demo'd at the Google conference on YouTube. Of course a
revolutionary
to change something as widespread as email was always going to be a
challenge, even for Google.
