RE: [OT] QR code font?
Thanks, I'll check that one out...
Typically 5 mins after posting, whilst browsing the AH website, I just
happened to notice a QR code link at the top of the home page, which lead
to
a Google adverts page, which lead me to the i-nigma site where there's a
similar online QR code generator... - type a string in a box, the code is
generated in real-time as you type, and it can then be downloaded as a
JPG... - there's a corresponding i-nigma reader app on the app store... I
tried one out and it works really quite well... - far better than my
experience thus far with redlaser!
Cheers.

Paul,
Personally I use Google Charts
(http://code.google.com/apis/chart/image/docs/gallery/qr_codes.html)
You can easily create them buy passing parameters to the URL to generate an
image to download/embed or email.
https://chart.googleapis.com/chart?chs=50x50&cht=qr&chl=Hello+world&chld=L1
&choe=UTF-8
Thanks,
Oli
