Energy monitoring on multiple circuits

Can anyone recommend me a budget energy monitoring system to keep
track of usage in our office? I'm looking for something that will monitor
several circuits (3 minimum) and show a graph of consumption against time
for each circuit.
Owl or Current Cost (with the 3-phase kit) look like they should do the
job, but I can't find out anywhere whether the 3 phases are totalled, or
displayed as separate graphs. Can anyone tell me? All the forums moan about
poor response from the suppliers, so contacting them is a last resort :-)
I don't need anything fancy, a web UI or a csv file will do. Ideally the
data would be stored on the device for download to a PC, but I have a
server running 24/7 so I can grab the data in real time if necessary.

Thanks
