I am fortunate in that I live in Sweden and both ASHP and GSHP are
pretty standard here. Ours has been up and running for the past two years
and the only issues I have had with it are related to the Electrical
installation as opposed to anything mechanical. We have had tempretures
down to -25 and high winds and the compressor has coped admirably.
If it helps (which it won't) - the service here is also pretty poor (from
my perspective) - 7 days to get a service engineer to fix anything also
seems to be the norm!
