BT Homehubs also have that feature as well.

The Openzone users have a completely separate WAN Address to the Homeowner
and the bandwidth is also limited to about 1Meg so that they don't impact
on
your browsing :)

BT business Hub routers have BT OpenZone wireless access that can be turned
on in the setup.  The advantage is that the lodger has to log into the
router with a BT Connect password and browsing is kept separate from the
main account. This means that if there's any lodger naughtiness (porno,
paedo stuff etc...) the adsl subscriber isn't held accountable.

I'm absolutely not an expert on this, but was setting up a router recently
for a friend, and noticed that it had a guest network feature, which as far
as I understand is a no security network allowing access to the Internet,
but no access to other computers on the normal home network

Google for adsl router guest network should turn up a few results
