I tried having that conversation. Also queried if they had a qc issue.
Got offer of first round of replacements (rather "too" easily)
but
absolutely no discussion.
It is the GU10 power supply module that fails.
In my world, low energy lights shouldn't overheat (?) but yes the
modules do get hot.
By comparison I have 32 Screwfix Halolite leds in the TV room. 1 has
just failed. First in 4 years.....
