www.ezPCB.com is the company.

Email nila@xxxxxxx with any enquires. Normally I have more than 1 PCB to
order at the same time so I send to her for a quote. The online system
tends
to add shipping to each order. Her English is very good so no problem with
details etc.

They have worked out considerable less than PCB-Pool and almost every time
I
place an order, they send me 2 boards for the price of the one I was
quoted.
