Cool!

I should probably run this past the guys at work as well - I know Hjalmar
has done most of the work at our place relating to interfacing to that
greased pig that is Apple and their products. :-D

LOL - I've been looking at some digital dash replacements but most of the
ones I've found are just too bloody ugly to be usable in something that
isn't just a track day special. The speedo in the Tiv can be anywhere up to
30 mph out if you're decelerating and it doesn't bother telling me how fast
I'm going most mornings until I wake it up with the first pothole. ;-)

The *ONLY* engine for a TVR of course ... the old Rover V8. ;-)

Just trying to decide what ECU I fancy pursuing ... this one...

<http://www.lloydspecialistdevelopments.co.uk/Fully-Mappable-Rover-V8-Engine-Management-Inc.-Mappable-Ignition.html>

... comes as a complete kit and they've got it working on *EXACTLY* the
same car as mine (4.0 litre but with high lift 5.0 litre cam, pocketed
pistons and double valve springs) plus they'll do it as a
drive-in-drive-away fitted by them setup too. Thing is, some of the other
ones have additional logic and outputs so that you can do stuff like adding
cooling fan control etc. from the ECU. :-D
