My Microsoft Wireless Entertainment Desktop 8000 keyboard and mouse
set hav=
e finally given up the ghost and it's been discontinued so I'm loathe to
bu=
y one off eBay.

At the moment I'm using an Apple keyboard and mouse and quite like the
keyb=
oard but the Apple keyboard doesn't have the numeric pad (or windows
driver=
s) and the Apple Magic Mouse is - well - let's just say I'm not that
impres=
sed with the magic mouse. ;-)

Anyone got any suggestions for a decent keyboard and mouse set?

What I'm looking for is:

1) Mouse at least should be wireless and rechargeable.
2) Ideally keyboard should be wireless and rechargeable.
3) Ideally keyboard should be backlit.
3) Ideally keyboard should have numeric pad.

I'm tempted to go for a Logitech K800 but can't find anywhere local that
st=
ocks it to go take a look - doesn't seem that hefty a premium over the
wire=
d version however for the rechargeable mouse to go with it they come to
abo=
ut =A3180 which is a tad scary ... I did try to use their
"recycling" thing=
(using an old Logitech keyboard and mouse) that supposedly gives you 20% o=
ff your next order from them of over =A349.99 but that only seems to be
app=
lied to one item of your order and not your order as a whole... :-(

Phil
