It's from an Amazon retailer. The PSU is the moulded brick type so no
chopping or using a euro converter - only a plug in converter hence my
reluctance as it's then very bulky.

My question is really can I demand a UK PSU. The retailer sent it from
Twickenham.

Question : Purchased a new gigabit switch, and it's come with a Euro plug
rather than a UK plug. Yes, you can use a converter but I dont like them
as they can be easily knocked due to bulk.

Aren't you obliged to supply a 3 pin unit in the UK ? The PSU is moulded
so cannot chop it.
