Indeed I do have one instance where I have a 4-gang strip running off a
UPS,
and I indeed did think about doing that in a different colour at the
time...
as it happens I ended up just clearly labelling the strip with a rhino
label
instead... the lead is only 1 or 2m long, so not much likelihood of the
fire
brigade ever needing to take an axe to it!...

We use Orange to denote UPS
Fire Regs say they need all UPS feeds in a different colour cable, so they
know not to cut it in an emergency and the have isolated the incoming
mains.
Made sense to us so we went for Orange!!
Not that it is at all relevant to your CBUS, but I bet U have a couple of
UPS cables knocking about ;-)
