This may not be relevant, but it was around this time last year that I
started getting weird behaviour from my X10 light controllers.
I put it down to things like cheapy christmas tree light controllers etc
causing lots of interference...perhaps something similar is causing your
TM13U to go haywire ?
I seem to recall it went away again after the Christmas/winter period...

Just a thought...
