I have 3 failures within a month, all with same date code '0711'

I spoke to BBSB (thanks for tip Q. ), and they do have a returns process.
You need to send old modules enclosing =A35 to cover return P&P.

These product variants are supposed to be 'eco' friendly, but if they turn
into land fill junk after a short period, it does negate some of the
claime=
d
eco savings.

BTW - I saw these in a local maplins at weekend:

http://www.maplin.co.uk/Module.aspx?ModuleNo=3D220687

They have the socket modules for =A33.99, or with remote for =A34.99.
