Hi Simon,

Check out www.shapeways.com as it might be worth using their service if you
can generate the 3D file for the part.

Ignore the fact that they only seem to do oddball shapes as some people
have
used it to make enclosures etc.

Hi Rob,

Same thing happened to me, no warning one day when the part broke.

I looked into repairing of having a replacement manufactured, it just
wasn't
worth it unless you had access to the right kit already.  A metal part
would
be stronger but is also conductive, so not a good idea.

When 3D printers become more widely available, it will be easy to make a
replacement...
