HTPC Recommendations

Hi all,
Looking for a new small HTPC. Nothing fancy. As long as it can take my 2 x
PVR 150 cards and has VGA and DVI output I'll be happy. Doing some research
I've found people saying you need a PC powerful enough to run a small
country and other saying something that'll fit into a shoebox without fans
will do....very confused now!
Recommendations anyone?
