Forums --> Email
I've had a few mailing list users ask me about getting email
notifications from the forums. This feature is already built in -
just select the drop down box top right and pick SUBSCRIBE, see -

You can subscribe to the entire board, a single forum within it
(Heating Control for example) or even just on a thread basis.
