RE: The iPhone 4 - Our First Impressions, Good and Bad

Being rural with no one around I'm not running any wireless security
right
now.

Are you using WPA of any sort? There was some talk that WPA may be the
problem but WEP was OK.

Cheers,

Paul.

No wifi problems with my 3G or 3GS since iOS4 upgrade. Still waiting to get
my hands on the IP4 L

I like the bumper - it does make the phone more comfortable to hold and
less
likely to slip out of your hand. Also keeps the glass clear of the table
when you put it down, which no matter how tough the glass is, can only be a
good thing!

Unfortunately the quest to produce the thinnest mobile phone is in direct
competition to the most comfortable phone to hold!

Anyone else had Wi-Fi problems with iPhone 4 or iOS4 on 3G/3GS/Touch?
Although mine shows full signal, ever minute or two when using Wi-Fi on the
phone, it stops communicating - I have to turn the Wi-Fi on the phone
off/on
to get it working again.

I have seen some posts about this for iOS4 on MacRumors but not
specifically
for iPhone 4 - I guess it's an iOS4 thing?

Paul.

I think it's a cunning plan by Apple to increase sales of 'bumpers'.
