RE: [OT] iPhone 4 arrives

Most of us realise that is the case and yet still we go all weak at
the
knees when the new shiny thing arrives, we even get excited by the
packaging
so how sad is that J

Anyway I've joined the massed ranks of disappointed users who found they
will have to wait a little longer as the 32GB models are in much shorter
supply and I was not close enough to the top of the list/queue to get mine
today after all, so another week or so before I get my new toy.

I recon there is subliminal advertising going on!! It's sort of like that
1984 movie. You will all be subjected to what we want you to use on your
phone and you will buy it in droves and moan like hell afterwards, but you
will still buy it!! Sound familiar?

Dave.

The fourth pass of Apple extracting cash from weak minded individuals for
hardware that they can't use the way they want to and applications that
they
are effectively "renting" rather than buying...

Cynical? Moi? Naaaaaaaahhhhhh....
