Guys,
While not strictly HA, we're after some advice & recommendations on an
upgrade for our office burglar alarm system.
Requirements:
a) Connected to a 24/7 human based response centre for call to
key-holders/call patrol/police response etc....
b) Event logging - ability to see logs of who and when then system has
been disarmed.
c) Associated approvals for insurance
Presume b) is best done via RFID tags, therefore we can tell when the
cleaners 'arm and disarm' the system etc... Ideally we could access
these logs directly via panel or browser, without a engineer visit.
Any recommendations (complete install needed - in Mayfair W1) greatly
appreciated, OFFLIST to 'ben AT cognitivematch DOT com'.
