What you want are called "6-32" UTS screw with these
measurements:
thread diameter = 0.1380 inches
pitch = 1/32 inch
length = 0.15 inch

I suspect you'd need to contact a general hardware merchants.  These
always come with the equipment that requires them and are not
available are general purpose computer spare parts; the market is just
too small.
