Phil,

Have you tried 'massaging' the pixel?  No, not a euphemism - but you can
use your courting finger if you wish :o)
Use a soft cloth/tissue over the end of a finger and apply pressure to the
screen and whilst massaging the area turn the screen on.  Sometimes works!

Anyone know what Apples policy is on stuck pixels? I have a single stuck
red pixel on a two week old 17" Macbook Pro and it's a bit annoying...

I'll give the local Apple Store a ring in the morning but wondered if
anyone knew...
