Re: iPad Home Automation App Videos

Writing this from one now. Picked it up yesterday.

As Pete says it is perfect for most things you need to do.

Only issues I have are lack of iChat and flash.

When I finally get home (currently stuck in Florida) I will put the iPad in
the kitchen or lounge and use as a web pad and sonos controller.

I do use apple everyday but think iPad changes the way I will use computers
to home

what it does. The only downside, having just spent the week on holiday, is
that it sucks in bright sunlight, had to revert to the Kindle for day time
reading. Battery life is surprisingly good, easily exceeding the 10 hrs
that were quoted. I also discovered Handbreak (probably old news to most
you guys) which can convert any of my burnt DVDs to an Apple-friendly
format.

comes out if I actually have to actually edit something.
