Thanks to VDPAU, it will play 1080p content while ticking over. I have
seen some say that you need 2GB for this (so you can assign 512MB to
video memory) but it worked fine for me with Big Buck Bunny. Anyway,
that Revo cost approx 140 quid and the extra memory is only £12. Total
software costs for OS and media player is £0. :-)

I'm using mine for mythtv (one backend, four frontends) so we have
networked PVR and media player. Very high WAF!
