Sound Isolation for HA Rack?

My Home Automation rack sits up in the loft. It is currently just sitting
on the ceiling joists and I am unfortunately getting some annoying Hard
Drive sound coming through the ceiling.

I am wondering how I can isolate this sounds and try to reduce it. Would
sitting the rack on some rubber feet help?

Anyone solved this problem before?
