[ADVERT] 4 x SonicBlue Rio Receivers for Sale - Networked Audio MP3 Players

Hi All,

Well since leaving the UK and upgrading my music system to Sonos a few
years back, my 4 x Rio Receivers have been sitting gathering dust for
a while so I thought it was finally time to hand them down to a fellow
HA'er (before putting up on ebay)

I've tested them and they all work fine - on 2 units, one of the power
pins has become a little loose due to tight fitting power cables, but
still contacts and powers up fine. All in excellent/mint condition
other than that, and come in original packaging with manuals, remotes,
cds, quick setup guide, HPNI, supplied cables (HPNI & US power), etc.

I'm not really sure what these are currently worth - saw some on ebay
recently for between 60-100 USD, so I'm open to offers.

Note, I'm now in New Zealand, so shipping time and costs will
unfortunately be from here - to UK, per unit, this is approx 35 quid
economy (13-25 days), or 40 quid international air (4-10 days). There
may be import charges on delivery, but I'll obviously mark these as
second hand units and set the customs value as required so hopefully
these will be negligible.

The units made a great cheap addition to networked audio in my setup,
and the units boot up over the network from TFTP so you can supply
your own firmware (I used to use the opensource and well-featured
jreceiver software at the time), or you can use the SonicBlue software
provided in the box which I recently tested under Windows Vista and
all worked fine (with RJ45 input, didn't test HPNI). Each unit has
10/100 LAN or HPNI connection (PCI card in box) input, built-in audio
amp with speaker level out, or you can use the analog RCA audio outs
to send to your own amp.

Offers/discussion offlist to dan dot khan at gmail dot com - happy to
answer any questions/provide photos.

Thanks,
-Dan
