Active Home problems

Folks, ive been hit with the same problem twice now just recently - my
ActiveHome config dissapears from the application, although the config
still seems to be in the CM15 and controls lights etc at it should.

I have looked at the backup file i took, and that is blank also, which is
strange as when i took the backup there was a working config. It seems as
if the backup file has been over written looking at the date, but this isnt
something i initiated.

Has anyone seen this before?

I'm thinking about moving to a different platform for my HA, does anyone
have a recommendation as to what to move to?  Homeseer seems to look ok?
