Hi Andy,

Thanks for the feedback. I've updated the instructions and they now seem to
work for me - the URLs were totally wrong - must have been a good beer last
night. Maybe I've missed something else. Would you mind trying again? Its
very helpful having someone else try things out at this early stage. Feel
free to mail me directly if that is more appropriate.
